The Swinfen Hall Hotel has recently undergone an extensive and very extravagant refurbishment project. The impressive interior now does justice to the beautiful architecture. Swinfen Hall was built by Benjamin Wyatt, a local architect, in 1757. The entrance hall is very imposing and creates an ambience of elegance and opulence. The house has been carefully refurbished with a high attention to detail and utmost care to keep the decor and furnishing to the same era as the building of the house. Swinfen Hall is the first hotel in Staffordshire to have been awarded four AA red stars. The award winning Four Seasons restaurant is panelled in oak from floor to ceiling and serves dishes using mainly local produce to create a sumptuous seasonal feast.
