The Scotsman Hotel is housed in the imposing Scotsman Newspaper building, and whilst the newspaper has moved out long ago, the character remains, including a stunning marble staircase. The North Bridge Brasserie comes highly recommended, but for fine dining the Vermillion is for you. The Cowshed Relax Spa is available to all guests and a further feature is the unusual 16 metre stainless steel swimming pool.
